We offer exchanges only. Refunds are not available.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect item, or require a size exchange, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Be returned in their original condition.

Items purchased during sales or promotional campaigns are not eligible for exchange unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
